Instead of having one ideal routine that you're always supposed to follow, define 3 routines that you can choose from based on your energy levels. Ideal routine: everything you'd want to accomplish if you could be your best self. For those days where you wake up feeling on top of the world. Though I might slightly make this one more realistic. Cause I don't want to plan so much for days that only happen once in a while. On those days I'm pretty likely to get awesome stuff done anyway. Realistic routine: routine that you can accomplish on most days. Have to be very realistic in designing this. I'm pretty aware these days of what would be to ambitious and cause [[Dread]] and what is somewhat realistic for me and my ADHD, so I should basically follow that path for this version. Minimal routine: the absolute minimum that you want to accomplish as a routine to not feel like you ruined your entire day. This one is pretty nice, haven't tried having this before, but I think most value might be in this one.
